Hello,
The only way to do that is to change the css of the html table and add the cellspacing attribute to the hmlt tag.
You can also replace the table by a div block.

Where do I find that css? (is it template.css?) and where do I find the html table?

The HTML table is in 'templates/adsclarity/html/com_adsmanager/list/default_table.php'
The css is in 'templates/adsclarity/css/template.css', but you can add the css in the same folder in custom.css.
Custom.css isn't erased when you update the template.
