For now, it is not possible.
However, an upgrade is scheduled in the future to set a user group as recipient of admin email.

Is this available yet? I am having trouble with emails going through.
I have smtp set up in joomla config to use info@rrrxxx.org
But i need the adsmanager emails to go to someoneelse@rrrxxx.org
They do not go through, and our ms 365 email does not show them going out.
Please advise how i can make this work.

The email system is currently being rewritten.
We are preparing the components for Joomla4 and it set a delay for all the other developpement.
