#967 – checkbox (Single)

When a field is checkbox (Single), the field appears or not in the list. We want it to always appear with "Yes" or "No". It's possible?

Hello,

Are you sure you need a checkbox and not a radio button ?

By default, a checkbox will not be sent if it is not checked.
