#981 – Images not uploading correctly

Joomla! version : 3.10.2
PHP version : 7.4
AdsManager version : 3.2.13

Upon uploading images many are getting cut off (half photo uploaded and half gray screen).

I was able to upload them myself and it worked, but one user seems to consistenly have issues. Here attached are settings and examples.

Any ideas?

It is a known issue, it only happens when the picture are too large.

You can try to reduce the image size in the configuration or AdsManager.
