Hello good afternoon,

I have taken a look at my website on my Android mobile phone, I have verified that all the code written in the custom.css file does not apply (in AdsClarity template), it is as if this file was not read or did not exist.

I deduce that the tablets with Android operating system will do the same.

Why does this happen?

Can it be solved in any way?

Thank you very much,

Best regards,

J

Hello,

Are you using the mobile app or you display the website directly on a mobile phone ?

The custom.css is loaded in the website even on a mobile phone, how did you find that it was not on your website ?

Best regards.

Hello Loic,

I do not use the mobile app. I access directly from the mobile phone with the Google Chrome browser.

Well, I've customized my site (with AdsClarity) by changing the original colors for another range of spot colors. From the mobile phone none of these colors appear, the originals of the AdsClarity template appear.

In addition, I've also added custom.css code to the 'Menu' text next to the 'glyphicon glyphicon-menu-hamburger' icon for small screen devices, like this:

This text 'Menu' does not appear when viewing my site from the mobile phone, so I deduce that the file is not being read custom.css

Many thanks,

Best regards,

J

Hi, Loic.

The URL is: www.2gonama.cat

My site is currently not finalized and is offline. I think you have access credentials. They are still valid.

I would prefer that until my project is completed, it is not public.

However, if you prefer not to access the credentials for the moment, please let me know and I will gladly put it online.

Thank you very much,

Best regards,

J
