hi,
I do not understand one thing:
I pay with paypal, I redirects on the site, I thank you for the payment, but the status of the invoice remains outstanding, but if you have paid and the system has understood this, because I have to manually put paid?

Is the website online ? (paypal need to contact your server)
Is the offline mode activated in joomla! (should be set to NO)
Did you check the log in invoicing admin log tab.

It's the IPN checker that returns that paypal consider the transaction has invalid.

Please provide per email (link to this thread + admin user + URL we will try to check with our paypal email to see if this is something due to your account)

This is due to new warning since 5.3 or 5.4

you can add just before
$this->config = new stdClass();

to prevent this notice, but this has no impact on the code. In production you should always disable notice display.
