My client has bought a set of credit.
Able to pay by PayPal, and returned to my site.
But credits are not added to his account.
Invoicing says it is pending.

Invoicing Virtualmoney Generator Plugin is enabled.

What else should I check?

Hello,

Could you take a look in the log of invoicing to see if the payment was correctly confirmed ?
This problem happens all the time or only for this payment ?

I have purchased credits myself through PayPal a couple of times, but credits not added, successfully.
So far, no payment had added credits automatically.

This is the log in the Invoicing component.

Hi, I got email from PayPal,

They say IPN is not working correctly on the URL below, so they will disable IPN soon.

www.kfm.red/index.php?option=com_invoici...rocess&method=paypal

I would like to avoid that my IPN get disabled.

Any idea?

If you enter:

www.kfm.red/

You get a 403 Forbidden,
so it's normal that paypal said your website is not working. Paypal should be able to contact your website.(you should not have any IP blocker,( or at least add Paypal IPs) no offline mode etc..

My web server had set ip block. Did not allow any ip outside Japan.

I have set IP block disable and the invoicing component worked!

Thank you for the information, I never look at the IP block part, because I have been accessing the site no problem.

It is solved.
