Hello,

Did you enter the code of the coupon in the field just before the payment gateways list ?
If so, did you had an error message displayed on the page ?

The number of hits in the setting you've set at 99999 is the number of use of this coupon by the users, if you wish to limit the number of use, you need to fill the field 'Hit Limit'.

Also, try to enter a simple coupon code like this 'DISCOUNT'.

If none of the above works, try to set a integer in the valu field, like 2 instead of 1.9
