Adsmanager 2.9 not generate thumbnails was created by snikor
I installed adsmanager 2.9 but i have problem with ads images.
Adsmanager not display any thumbnail images in ads.
In fact adsmanager 2.9 not generate any thumbnail image(i look in "images/com_adsmanager/ads" and cant find any thumbnail).
How can i solve this problem.

Did you have adsmanager installed before (2.8. ??)
could you edit your adsmanager configuration and save your configuration at least one time.
Could you check the different method for thumbnail creation ?

No(fresh joomla installation in localhost).

could you edit your adsmanager configuration and save your configuration at least one time.

I have not this problem with older version of XAMPP.
