AdsManager - End of life
It is with great regrets that we have chosen to end the developpement of Adsmanager and its other associated components.
AdsManager is born 10 years ago and, as of today, the number of new subscriptions and downloads have fallen and we cannot maintain the component anymore.
All active subscribers will be able to continue enjoying support until the end of their subscription.
The components will be free and no support will be provided anymore for the other users.
Embedding VirtualMoney in Community Builder
This plugin will add a tab on the user community builder profile that will display the VirtualMoney account page.
Please note that this plugin isn't a joomla plugin but a Community Builder plugin.
In order to install this plugin, click on the 'Plugin Management' link on the Community Builder Submenu.
Then select the zip folder containing the communitybuilder_virtualmoney_plugin and click Upload File & Install.
All you need to do to finish the installation is to publish the plugin.
VirtualMoney Balance Module
This module displays the user balance and a link to purchase virtual currency at the chosen position.
Interface Overview
1. This table shows the account balance.
2. This link directs the user to the purchase additional credits (payment module must be enabled in the configuration and component 'Invoicing' installed).
3. This table lists recent transactions.
4. This link directs to the list of all transactions.
5. This link directs allows the user to share credits with other users (the exchange module must be enabled in the configuration).
Giving Credits to Other Users
With VirtualMoney, users can give credits to other users.
To do this, they click on the 'Give' link on the home page.
1. Select the user give to.
2. Indicate the amount to give.
Once users submit the form, a transaction for both the sending and receiving users as well as confirmation emails will be generated.
Note: If the link to access this page does not appear, verify that you have enabled the exchange module in the component configuration.
Daily Login Bonus Credits
When installing VirtualMoney, several plugins are installed automatically. One of them allows you to award credits to users once per day the first time they log in. This is a great way of inciting users to visit your webpage often.
Note: This functionality is entirely optional and can be disabled.
To enter the number of credits you want to award when the user logs in for the first time per day, simply change the field 'Credits' in the 'Basic Options' tab from the plugin configuration.
A transaction will appear in the user's account showing the credits awarded.
