Hi I just updated from version 282 to 290.

Now when a user creates an ad it is given a #zero and not found anywhere.
The emails still work and an email is sent out with the ads details but the ad is not anywhere to be found

example

New ad #0: tester

Hello,

Do you have an error message when you post an ad ?

(You may need to enable them in your Joomla configuration)

no errors.

It looks like everything is working fine, even an email is sent out to the user and admin saying the ad has been published. But there is no ad.

I have paid for the bronze plan and am not very happy to see that all bronze downloads are ALPHA. Is there a stable paid version or do I have to use the FREE version?

I have solved the problem by completely uninstalling adsmanager including dropping tables in the database, then reinstalling. Unfortunately that also means I lost existing ads.

Hello, "alpha tag" is a wrong state, it's stable version.
Do you still have a backup with all your ads.

If you send us by email an admin account we could check what is wrong with new ad when updating from 2.8.2 to 2.9 without needs to reinstall table.

no sorry I dont have the backup, I only had a handfull of ads so I manually re-entered them. I cannot give you admin access just yet. I can make a backup site and give you access to that in a few days.
