AdsManager is born 10 years ago and, as of today, the number of new subscriptions and downloads have fallen and we cannot maintain the component anymore.

All active subscribers will be able to continue enjoying support until the end of their subscription.

Hi,
There is no meta description on "Home" Menu item. Page title and link title attribute is working.

Suggestion: It would be nice if you add "Open Graph Picture" for Home page categories as separate option. For Ad it self it is working, but if someone try to share website (homepage) there is no photo. Also for categories. Category photo in most cases is very small (thumb) and FB and Twiter will not fetch it.

Hello,

You're right, there is no meta description in the home page, however, search engine like google, don't use the meta tags anymore and will look for the actual content of the page.

For the search content, usually, users share an ad, and not the home page, for the home page, a simple like button is often enough.

Yes you can :)

In 'components/com_adsmanager/views/front/tmpl/default.php' or in an override 'templates/your_template/html/com_adsmanager/front/default.php', you can add this at the top of the page :
$document	= JFactory::getDocument();
$document->setMetaData("description", "your description");
