Bonjour,

Dans le backend, il m'est impossible d'enregistrer. Les boutons : "Enregistrer", "Enregistrer & Fermer" et "Enregistrer & Nouveau" ne fonctionnent pas. Rien ne ce passe lorsque je clique dessus...

Comment puis-je récupérer la main ?

Ce qui empêche d’accéder à la phase de règlement dans le frontend et que l'onglet de Community Builder plante l’accès à mon profil (je suppose que tout est lié).

Merci de votre aide.

Joomla 3.3, Adsmanager 2.9.11, Community Builder 1.9.1, Silver version subscription.

Bonjour,

Vous n'avez ce problème qu'avec AdsManager ?

L'erreur que vous décrivez était présente avec la version 2.9.10 d'AdsManager, mais elle a été corrigé avec la 2.9.11.

Avez vous essayer de réinstaller AdsManager ?

Oui, c'est un problème que j'ai connu avec la version 2.9.10 effectivement. Mais uniquement dans AdsManager. Il a été résolu en mettant tout à jours. Maintenant ce problème ne concerne que Invoicing... J'ai beau essayer de les remettre à jour mais rien y fait..

Il doit y avoir une erreur javascript sur la page.
regardar dans la console.

Envoyer nous , URL + compte admin pour regarder
avec un lien vers cette conversation sur le forum et le résultat du check de la console d'erreur javascript
