Hello,

Could you give me the error displayed when you generate a PDF ?

Did you custom the HTML of the pdf template ? If yes, did you try to come back to a default template ?

It wont give me any error. When I click pdf icon, browser window will just load very long time and then it gives me nothing, just blank page.

I did customize html and pdf template. And I tried with default template but nothing, still the same.
