Hello!

In my Orders, some of the Name-Fields where shown as "XX". This is why in the User-Profile of Invoicing in the Frontend is just one single Namefield. That's not nice, because no Customer has a Firstname. The missing Firstname will be replaced with "XX".

Now i had the case, that a new Joomla! Account books an Ad. He will be forwarded to the Invoicing Account Page to fill the Infos. After that, all was stored fine, but in the Order-Document some of the fields don't show up.

Steps to reproduce:

1.) Fresh Joomla!-Account (not Community Builder)
2.) Make an Ad that is to pay by category
3.) Fill out all Fields in the Userview in the Frontend of Invoicing
4.) Save
Then you get the Order Confirmation with blank fields.

Hello,

You need to remove the tags for those field in the template of Invoicing Components->Invoicing->Setup->Template.
You can also disable the profile form in the configuration of the component if you don't need it.

I can't find it.
There is just the setting for CommunityBuilder (that i don't have).

Okay, i checked out my placeholders and my templates.

But there are still XX in the first order a new user creates (everything else now workes without a problem. (Exept the export of invoices)).

Can it be, that a wrong template is used? The invoice-template instead of the order-template?

Hello,

The XX are characters added in a user profile when the fields are empty.
For example, if the last name isn't filled then it will be replaced by XX.

In the template, you will need to remove the tag for the last name to avoid displaying the characters.
