hi. i need help solving this error.

i have a joomla site running adsmanager. however whenever a registered user clicks on Post New Ad it gets this error. when i try it using an admin account it's working.

it's configured as a user account is required to post new ad.

i'm running out of idea and search results on how to solve this.

I get this error (but there is no error in your message) ?

Check the permission for user group allowed to post in the category

hi tompap! thank you for replying.

the error is my subject "This web page has a redirect loop" or Error 310 (ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS). whenever i click on Post Ad. whether logged in or not. posting new ad is only for registered users. so when they're not logged in it should go to login page.

i also noticed that when logged in, using an Admin account it is working fine. but using a Registered account it's not working.

i hope you can help. thank you! :)

I don't think it's link to adsmanager, try to unactive SEF to see if it's better.

If you subscribe to a paid version we can connect to your website to see your configuration issue.
