AdsManager is born 10 years ago and, as of today, the number of new subscriptions and downloads have fallen and we cannot maintain the component anymore.

All active subscribers will be able to continue enjoying support until the end of their subscription.

The components will be free and no support will be provided anymore for the other users.

Hi Fellows ! First of all, sorry my bad english :-)

Well, I'm a volunteer at a NGO, who works with animal adoption.

As you can see at our website: www.olharanimal.net/adocao/caes/3-caes/62-duda

when you choose to share this ad to facebook, no image related to the ad it's selected...

Sometimes this same kind of behaviour occurs to "like"...

Any idea or suggestion ?

Some improvement should be done in the facebook share plugin to take the correct image adding some metadata. will be done in next version

Hi ! I'm using version 2.9.2 of adsmanager and problem isn't fixed (to me at least) related to show a correct image when user choose to "share" (over facebook).

There a small example here: www.olharanimal.net/adocao/caes/3-caes/228-loba

Please, what can I do ?

Hello,

As tompap mentioned, to let help Facebook to decide which photo to show after clicking on share button, an extra meta tag should be added like that :
<meta property="og:image" content="PATH_TO_YOUR_IMAGE"/>

So in order to solve your problem, you can modify the plugin if you have some development skills, or just wait for the Adsmanager developers to add this feature.
