Pour éviter de permettre aux visiteurs de créer une annonce avec 1 seul caractère comme titre, j'aime bien les obliger a saisir un minimum de caractères en faisant un rapide contrôle en javascript :
function valider(champtext){
	var mini = 3
	if ( mini != 0 ) {
	  // Si la longueur de la saisie est inférieure au minimum demandé
	  if ( monchamps.value.length < mini ) {
		// Envoi d'une alerte

où je peux insérer ce code dans adsmanager ?

il faut utiliser la technique de l'override Joomla pour continuer à pouvoir mettre à jour.
