Like another user, you are using some javascript optimize script (in your template or plugin)
and this one is not working correctly.
If you check the code source of your page, you will see that jquery of adsmanager is loading at the end of the your website, instead of head section.

You need to unactive this "javascript optimiser"

thanks! already solved it. i had this plugin installed to bring down all the scripts to solve an issue with disqus for k2. i just disabled it.

i also got this issue and my adsmanager is just installed right after joomla.

click New Ad and select category, no list happen.

but if browser any subcat and then click New Ad, the listing works.

suppose not add-on or native joomla component to conflict with adsmanager.

the site is 5-9-8.com

can you help?
