i already have selected all access rights to all users to check if something is wrong with it but still no success.

i'm running joomla 2.5.14

I found the solution!

1.
If in the above menu, only registered users can see the "Write Ad" button, than the visitors of the website can not open the entire ad. If the above "Write Ad" menu is public, than everything works!

2.
and the categories of access rights: all or nothing

doesn't work for me :(

i'm disappointed with the developer's support. it's their update that ruined it. now i have to pay first before they fix. i will just delete and clean my database and check if it can fix it. if still cannot, then no choice but to let go of it and use another extension :pinch:

We are currently double checking the code. On the other side,, for this specific "issue", if this is a bug in the code I will give your money back from the support, if this is a configuration issue I will give your subscription. This is the best effort I can do, as I can see that you are going into problem with this update.
