AdsManager - End of life
It is with great regrets that we have chosen to end the developpement of Adsmanager and its other associated components.
AdsManager is born 10 years ago and, as of today, the number of new subscriptions and downloads have fallen and we cannot maintain the component anymore.
All active subscribers will be able to continue enjoying support until the end of their subscription.
The components will be free and no support will be provided anymore for the other users.

I found the solution!
1.
If in the above menu, only registered users can see the "Write Ad" button, than the visitors of the website can not open the entire ad. If the above "Write Ad" menu is public, than everything works!

and the categories of access rights: all or nothing

doesn't work for me
i'm disappointed with the developer's support. it's their update that ruined it. now i have to pay first before they fix. i will just delete and clean my database and check if it can fix it. if still cannot, then no choice but to let go of it and use another extension
