Could you send me an url + admin account per email so we can see what is the remaining issue ?

Seems to be a problem in XAMPP(1.8.2).
I tried adsmanager on older version of XAMPP(1.7.3) and work fine.
What can be a problem with newer version of XAMPP?

I tried with last version of WAMP,and i have a same problem.

Check that imagettf function is available (gd +fonttype)

The error is only on XAMPP ? did you try on a real server not on local windows.
