Hello.
Recently i have upgrade the ads manager to 3_1_6 and some problems seems with the uploaded photos of the ads.
Some photos, especialy the big ones are saved in the sarver with a blank area...
I tried to change the settings of the size limit of the photos but nothing...
(I have to say also that recently i have move the site to a new server).

the uploaded photos looks like this:

There was no change of uploader recently. The problem is with all photo are it's depending on the size of the original image ?
did you try different option like fit to box for image conversion ?

Is getting better when i reduce the "Max Ad Image Width" and the Max "Ad Image height". But looks the the ratio is responsible for this... i don't know what is the right settings i have to put... this time i have it 960 X 640 and it looks to solve the problem. General the smaller setting size is the better. Is there any limit?
Also i am wondering if i have to check the PHP configuration because as i told you recently i have moved the site to a new server.

There are 2 options to configure. Maxwidth/maxheight then "crop to fit or resize". In one case the image will fit all the space it the other case the image is just smaller or egal to max width and max height.

Oh strange.
Are you able to reproduce on demo.joomprod.com/adsclarity ?
with the same image.

I don't know what can be the cause of this :/

Did you try on a dev server ? to see if it's not a server issue ?
