Hi,

having problem with uploading images in Adsmanager using the frontend, seems to work with internet explorer but it is failing on chrome and firefox.

In the error log of the browser it is showing an error with line 2 in plupload.full.js and in Chrome also net::ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE

Any idea what could cause this ?

Hello,

Could you give me the error you've got ?
The Empty_response of Chrome is not very clear, maybe the error you've got on Firefox will help me understand the problem.

it doesn't show any error in Firefox other then showing in red

POST www.abcde.nl/index.php?option=com_adsman...pload&tmpl=component plupload.full.js (regel 2)

and then

"NetworkError: 404 Not Found - www.abcde.nl/images/com_adsmanager/conte...1jv31mrr1bmtdv03.jpg" p1avc5h...v03.jpg

note: abcde is an replacement of the real website adress

Hello,

Ok I think i know what is the problem.

I think the folder where the images are downloaded doesn't have thecorrect right.
Could you check the folder images/com_adsmanager/contents/ to see if this folder and the ones inside it have the correct right ? try to set it to 777 and if it works, try to set it to 755 to add a some security.

Hi,

folder has the correct rights (if it hadden't it wouldn't have worked in Internet Explorer either) but for some strange reason when checking today it works for all browsers again. Bit strange but for now it luckly seems to be solved..
