As I said: I made an clean install of Joomla 3.6.5 and the newest Ads Manager. I tried it with protostar and now also with Beez3.
It doesn't work with both templates.

The problem really only happens in both templates when adding the code JHtml::_('formbehavior.chosen', 'select'); in the top of the templates or doing it like here

Did you try to fill in a value into the price field? Is the price shown in your ad?

Sorry for comming back again with this issue:

The problem starts, when selecting Category display type: -> colored dropdown in the second tab (Categories) of the configuration.

1. JHtml::_('formbehavior.chosen', 'select.chosen'); seems not to be the correct code. The correct code should be JHtml::_('formbehavior.chosen', 'select'); * because I used the second code I had this problem.


2. When using the first code the select field looks not as it should in chosen css but works fine. (see first attachment). It should look as the second attachment. It has the correct look when using the second code but doesn't work.

When I select "AutoComplete Dropdown" the select feld has the correct look and works also fine but only with the first code.

* You may google this and find everywhere this second code. Maybe Ads Manager is working differently?

So, maybe there should just be made some changes for using the Colored dropdown?

I checked it now also on your demo site with the Component AdsManager, UserSubs, Bruce and Invoicing templates:

The chosen css only works with the search select dropdown and the AutoComplete Dropdown.

All other select dropdowns (e.g. Title, Kind of delivery, Item condition, Colored Dropdown) don't have the look of the chosen css.

Maybe this is your intention?
