To translate a string with Joomla, you can do a language override (Extensions -> Languages -> Override).
Then select your language and create a new override.

for the strings in your screenshot, here are the constant you need to use :
Search... - ADSMANAGER_LIST_SEARCH
Search - ADSMANAGER_SEARCH_BUTTON
Advanced Search - ADSMANAGER_ADVANCED_SEARCH

Please note that you can look for a string by using the search tool at the right of the form.
You can translate ALL the strings of Joomla with this method.
