Hello,

Did you empty the invoice_items table with the invoices table ?
What did you do in the database ?

If your backup only restore the file then no change will be seen because that issue is cause by wrong value in the database.

The wrong item shown in the invoices can change with different invoices.

Hi,

I have restored the previous backup, because I cannot see it is fixing this issue by deleting these table items. I will email you a screen shot of two table items of two files, then please advice me if I did anything wrong.

This is what I have done
Click phpmyadmin
select database
Placed the check mark next to the table that i wished to empty (clarf_invoicing_invoice_items)
From the dropdown menu i selected empty
And select YES to confirm

Before I did not emptied invoice_items, but now I have done the same steps on (clarf_invoicing_invoices) and on (clarf_invoicing_invoice_items)
Still this "credit pack 30" is showing with invoices. Do I need to empty virtual money packs in the database and recreate it in virtual money control panel to fix this issue?

Hello,

The problem is that invoicing cannot add random item to invoice.
The only issue can be caused by the table invoicing_invoice_items, so if you emptied the tables invoicing_invoice_items and invoicing_invoices then the issue must be fixed.

The only way to still have error is by not empty the entire table.

If you create an invoice manually in the backend, do you have the same problem ?

Then, it cannot be another reason.

Are you sure you had emptied the two table invoicing_invoices and invoicing_invoice_item ?
Ot did you wish to keep some invoice and did not remove all the values ?

Yes Loic, I had emptied invoicing_invoices and invoicing_invoice_item.
I had deleted all the invoices in invoice component administration and created an invoice myself with a user login for testing and noticed this "$30 credid pack" is showing on invoice. I did not delete any value in the database.
