May i know how to change the default icon and title from the browser tab (for both Administrator and the Adsclarity website)?

You need to create a favicon in your computer and name it favicon.ico and delete the file "favicon.ico" in your server and then upload the new favicon.ico from your computer to your server, after cleaning browser cache you can see the new favicon that you have uploaded.

If you need to change the home page browser page tittle, you will have to do language override in joomla control panel.
Go to extensions>language> open overrides tab, click new then type and search "Ads" you can override this title.

I manage to change the icon. Thanks.
But for the browse page title which is not rectified, i found that the following pages is only showing "Ads - ":

but the other pages are showing the title correctly:

You can change the page tittle of home page. Click and follow these step by step.

Extensions
Languages
Overrides
New
Type ADSMANAGER_PAGE_TITLE in the search box
Select "Constant" in the drop down box.
Click the search tab
Now you can see "Ads-" from the left side text box and you can change this "Ads" to another tittle that you wish to use.
After changing the tittle click save.
That's all.
