Bonjour,

Comment faire pour récupérer les variables (ex: {customer_id} , {customer_name}) dans un fichier PHP template mail ?

Par ailleurs, après avoir modifié le template pour les factures (Invoicing/Configuration/Templates/Template pour les factures), le PDF envoyé en PJ avec le mail reste inchangé. (j'ai bien décoché "utiliser le template html pour le PDF")

Bonjour,

Je ne comprend pas votre première question, vous souhaitez écrire le template en php ?

Concernant les templates, dans 'Setup -> Email' vous pouvez mettre à jour le contenu des emails, dans 'Setup -> Templates', vous pouvez mettre à jour les pages html des factures ainsi que les PDFs.

Les commandes concernent toutes les factures non payéss.
Les factures concernent celles qui sont payées.
Les devis concernent les devis.

Si la modification du template des factures ne fonctionne pas, essayez de modifier celles des commandes.
