Sorry I am not sure to understand there are two modes:
One that will crop the image to fill the all area, one mode that will keep the radio and put the image inside "the box".

What you want is a third mode :
Max-width :200
max-height :158
i chose option ((fit on area))
but when i click upload he resize to
width :200px
height :125px ==> should be 158 px ?

Correct so in this case you want the image to be vertical middle align ? and use a background color for the empty space ?

This is custom dev we don't have that
