If you wish to center it, could you try to add something like that in the css :
#jform_captcha > div:first-of-type {
    margin: auto;
}

If i turn off " Load Juloa Bootstrap2" it get the correct position , otherwise the rest of the site gets deformed.

Even with

the css centered the box, it was a cache problem..
