AdsManager - End of life

It is with great regrets that we have chosen to end the developpement of Adsmanager and its other associated components.

AdsManager is born 10 years ago and, as of today, the number of new subscriptions and downloads have fallen and we cannot maintain the component anymore.

All active subscribers will be able to continue enjoying support until the end of their subscription.

The components will be free and no support will be provided anymore for the other users.

I want to change the currency from EURO to FCFA. And is it possible to get the french language pack. I am french speaking, my future costumers too.

Hello,

To change the currency, you need to update it in the component Invoicing, in Setup -> Currency.
The French language is installed automatically, if you don't have it, switch your website to the french language and reinstall the component. All the datas will be kept.

Thank for the answer, but in currency there is no FCFA (XAF). My website will be used in Cameroon in Africa BEAC zone and I don't see it. Can I add it directly inside the Code?

Hello,

In your screenshot, you show me a image radio field type and not a currency system. That field is in the quickstart for demonstration purpose, it doesn't concern the payment at all.

Thanks a lot. I have already done that in the settings.
But the symbol "€" still remain. I want to remove it from the front because it seems to be inside the html code. Please check the image attached. I want to open the file and change it there.

Hello,

It's another setting matters.

There is 2 price fields in AdsManager et cie.

The one in your screenshot is the one from the price field of adsmanager. The symbol can be changed by editing the price field in adsmanager (the currency settings can be found at the end of the edit form).

The other one is the price of the ad, it is set in Invoicing and selected in paidsystem.
