Hello,

If you installed the quickstart, the credential are admin/admin, but usually you need to specify a new login / password when you install the website.

Thanks for your reply, I'm not practical of it, I tried to go with admin / admin in the control panel not work admin and public side login is the same

I installed all the products in the package ads clarify + ads gold, all the extensions have been able to load them from the Joomla control panel, only two files have issues that appear on the white screen.
These are the files I could not load from the control panel but I tried in ftp.

quickstart_1.0.8.zip
quickstart_3.1.11.zip

The site was uploaded gsmstock.it/reserv/index.php

But login does not work.

i would Iike ask you if you can tell how to do it from the beginning, after istallation of Joomla , i have upload the exstension ads untill if is all ok ,so I try to install quickstart_1.0.8.zip ,quickstart_3.1.11.zip, after this steps i have problem , with login admin and pubblic more registration, i can istall everything and follow its instructions if this is possible will be great for me

Hello,

The quickstart contains all the website.
To install it, you need to unzip the archive at the root of your server (It will erase all the existing files)
Then go to your URL and follow the step. The database will be replaced by the one in the quickstart.

If it doesn't work, I will need to know exactly the steps you took to be able to find the issue.
