Hello , Good Morning for frist thank you for your patience with me ,I've changed and added fields to register user, but the side admin does not display the fields added, so you can tell me the path to add and change the fields side admin.

Hello,

That a custom code made inside a component of Joomla, I cannot help you with that.
However, If you wish to add fields in the registration a better solution is to use a component like Community Builder.
