yes, and appear message UPDATED, it's strange but for now the configuration is ok for my site...

the second questions is:
Now I have set (Top Menu in Adsmanager Configuration, Display, No) and I have published the menu at the bottom, but it is displayed vertical and I would set it as horizontal, is it possible?

You published the menu (you mean the "menu module" ? you can override the tmpl/default.php of the modules to display a horizontal list or play with the css to display it horizontal
