How can I add a metadata title, description and keywords to the main page?

hi,

for title see in your language file ... root / language/en-GB/en-GB.com_adsmanager.ini

for meta description add in front view (components/com_adsmanager/view/front/view.html.php ) this line
$document->setDescription("your meta description");
