Hello!
I installed the component Ads Manager on my website.
I have a small problem with adding images.
Well, in the form of adding ads a box with the word "image" but the inability to upload this photo.
What could be the reason?

Are you using 2.9.9

You are saying that the thumbnail is not displayed when uploading the image (after ad save you can see the image ?)

No. The problem is that adding the ad can not add pictures. It is not possible upload the image.

Check javascript error (try on backend and frontend)

if issue only on frontend
try to add &tmpl=component to the URL and upload images, if working you have an issue with some other modules or your template.

The problem is only on the frontend. On the backend I can add pictures.

Ok, I get it. I added & tmpl = component to the url, showed me a form of adding ads, but still without being able to add a photo.
