Hi,

I have installed this from the silver package i purchased. But I can't seem to save the configurations of paidsystems from the admin panel. I configure the mode, options and then click on the save button but it just wouldn't save.

The other tabs work fine though. I am able to save changes for categories, field, duration and so on. Only the config tab cannot save. And with this problem, i cannot move on any further. Please help...am desperate...

Hello,

Could you enable the debug mode of Joomla and try to save the configuration again ?

Tried your suggestion but no errors came up. I'm trying to change the Top Ads Behaviour to let ad stick to top of category, but cant save this config.

I don't understand, the page just wouldn't save. It doesn't do anything when you click save. The other tabs (categories, fields, duration etc. ) can save, no problem. How now?

Please clean all your browser cache.
Could you check the javascript console to see if there is a javascript error ?
Are you using a special backend template ?
Did you try to reproduce on demo.joomprod.com ?

If no solution found with these questions, please send us your URL + admin account by email we will check that.
