AdsManager - End of life

It is with great regrets that we have chosen to end the developpement of Adsmanager and its other associated components.

AdsManager is born 10 years ago and, as of today, the number of new subscriptions and downloads have fallen and we cannot maintain the component anymore.

All active subscribers will be able to continue enjoying support until the end of their subscription.

The components will be free and no support will be provided anymore for the other users.

Hi!

I'm using Adsmanager with the invoicing-component and also Paidsystem. Everything seems to work fine except that when I submit the payment via Paypal and get returned to the site, nothing happends.

The Ad is not generated at all, but the invoicing-client have registered that the payment is ok..

What can I do?

Hello,

Is your website online?
Is the "offline mode" unactive ?
because paypal need to be able to contact your website (so website online and offline mode OFF.
Then check Invoicing Log Page, you will see some log about Paypal request

Website is online
Offline mode (in Joomla Configuration) is unactive

In the log, payment status is "Pending not supported"?

Ok check if the vendor account and the buyer account. The payment is in pending state need approval. Until the vendor collect the money the transaction is not done (this happen generally in the sandbox mode)

Hi!

I changed the status of the payment and the ad appeared - thank you! So I take it when I change from Sandbox mode to live, this wont be an issue?

Yes on live site the payment will be accepted by default (with the default paypal configuration)
