Bonjour,

J'utilise la fonctionnalité de Champ payant car mon but est : si le posteur d'annonce indique qu'il est "Pro", l'annonce est payante, sinon elle est gratuite. Pour cela dans AdsManager, j'ai un champ de type menu déroulant : "Professionnel : Oui Non".

Pour l'ajout d'une annonce tout se passe très bien.
Le problème est au renouvellement d'une annonce payante : l'annonce est bien renouvelée, mais aucun paiement n'est redemandé !

Comment faire ?

Cette fonctionnalité n'est pas possible, c'est une limitation du système.

Je crois que vous devrez dé-publier l'annonce et faire en sorte que le client refasse une demande payante pour republier l'annonce. Je me demandais exactement comment m'y prendre pour cette situation. J’espère que le système pourra gérer cette possibilité éventuellement..

Bonjour,

Oui, c'est effectivement ce qui se passe actuellement. Lorsqu'une annonce est périmée, elle se désactive.
Ensuite dans le compte utilisateur :
- pour les gratuites, j'ai laissé le bouton pour republier l'annonce ;
- pour les payantes, je masque le bouton => L'internaute est obligé de ré-écrire son annonce.
C'est une solution techniquement viable mais pour l'expérience utilisateur, ce n'est pas terrible : combien d'internautes vont se décourager à republier parce qu'ils ne voudront pas tout ré-écrire...
