Did you check your email templates in Invoicing > Emails ?
I think you enter the mail in html in the wysywig ?
Is your mailbox supported html mail ?

If there is nothing special in the emails configuration of Invoicing send us a mail to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. with URL + ftp account + admin account + link to this discussion

Issue fixed.

In the Email template, do not use HTML in the subject, it will works only for the body.
