Normally analytics give you some code to add to each steps you want to monitor.
Depending on the steps, the code will be added in different part of the code, so you must know where you can to mark a specific page, then we can help you by given the place of all HTML

exact. but my version of AdsManager not have a page before redirecting to paypal and after clicking on the button for entering the code.

in adsmanager, when you click on paypal, a page is displayed (very quickly) with a form that will redirect to paypal, but this page exist just before redirecting to paypal.
then you have a page when the paiement is done which displayed => payment done

Okay, but I don't see this page, and even google analytics track a page between the two events. I don't have the billing extension but only AdsManager PaidSystem and, as I said I have an older version.

What is the URL? Where do I find the file (php?) To enter the code? Both solutions enable me to track the conversion.

I don't remember the code of this old version (without invoicing). You have to find the codee that is in charge to display the paypal form and do the redirect and add your tag here
