Hello,

If a translation is missing, you can use the override system of Joomla to add it.

In the back end, go to 'Extensions -> Languages -> Override' and choose you language in the dropdown at the left of the window.
Then, click on new, on the search engine to the right, you can look for the string you want to translate and click on it to prefill the field on the left.
Then you just need to add you translation and save.

Hello,

An alternative is to write a constant like that 'ADSMANAGER_HIGHLIGHT_OPTION1' and translate it by using the language override.
