This is not possible with AdsManager without customising the code.

I don't know PHP. Perhaps you could tell me what code to insert. I like the standard com_user without CB. For me the main thing is the avatar of the user, community builder I don't need.

Sorry currently there is no option for that, We are thinking to improve that in future version but currently not available except if you want a estimate / quote for this custom code.
