You have to edit adsmanager.css or your template.css and adapt it to your needs

In none of the files, I find the displayed colors : texte = #003368 backgroud = #7398BF
There his a tip?

Hello,

By default, the background color for the field is whit (#FFFFFF).
The blue color is added by your template. You need to update the style of your template or override it by using adsmanager.css.

The style may not exist in the css file, in that case, you need to add it.
