You understood me wrong. All the actions described above are produced in administraivnoy panel (Joomla control panel) with komponenton adsmanager 3.1.4. Thereafter component loses efficiency. I am trying to understand why? How to prevent? Sql database erased even after a change in one parameter describing the maximum length of the control panel messages with 500 to 1000

Joomla Open Control Panel -> Components -> AdsManager -> Field -> Specific parameters Maximum length of changing a value of 500 for 1000 after saving
Ad is no longer published.
