AdsManager can't create new AD was created by kury25

Hi

I have a serious problem:
2 years ago, I've installed AdsManager in a Joomla 3.3 site. All was all right.
I've made the different updates, and then I have the last version of Jooma and adsmanager.
Since 4 weeks, I realised that nobody can't create new AD any more. When they try to validate or preview a new ad, they are redirected to the home page, with a message like "you're not authorize to access to this resource". I have checked all permission inside adsmanager, I've tried to remove all specific right. I've tried to create a fresh category, without other specific propriety. I've tried also to uninstall and install again adsmanager. But no result.

What can I do to solve this issue?

Hello,

There are several settings to check, here is the list :
- Is the edit page is on a restricted menu Item ?
- Is the category are the correct ACL ? (You must select ALL the usergroups that have the right to post in the category, not just 'Public', if nothing is selected then everyone has the right to post an ad)
- Is the users have the right to post at least one ad ? (Check the configuration of AdsManager, 'General' tab)

Thank you very much for your answer,

1) the edit page (index.php?option=com_adsmanager&view=edit) is on a restricted menu Item, but everybody who is logging in can acces, as this is the main page for posting an ad.

2) in my test category (just inside the root), nothing is selected

3) the users have the right to post "-1"ad, so it seems ok, doesn't it ?

Maybe you have other advice or suggestion ?

Ok, I need more infos then.

Are you using AdsManager alone ? Or your are using Paidsystem and Invoicing as well ?
Could you try to change the access right of the menu item to public just to test if it change something ?

I'm using AdsManager with CommunityBuilder only (but I've tried without, it's the same).

I've tried to change the access in the menu, but no result too.
