AdsManager is born 10 years ago and, as of today, the number of new subscriptions and downloads have fallen and we cannot maintain the component anymore.

All active subscribers will be able to continue enjoying support until the end of their subscription.

The components will be free and no support will be provided anymore for the other users.

From virtual money option I changed date format like this "% m-% d-% Y", but does not work as you can see from the attached screenshot

This field cannot be format changed currently. But in any case we planned to remove this option because it's really not a good option. You don't want to wait before your ad to be published. so there is no sense about this.
You can go in adsmanager configuration > ad publication date => set this to false.
