Try something like that :

.paginationblock ul {
    list-style-type: none; 
}
.paginationblock ul li {
    float: left;
    width: 20px;
}

Thanks. I had actually tried that. This is the result:

I changed the width to 40px and it works now, although the numbers are spread out quite a bit.

You can change the width and add a margin like this:

width: auto;
margin-right: 10px;
