Hello,

In all the template, there must be a css file somewhere. The modification must be done there.

If there is no css file, you can custom the css file of AdsManager, here is a link to help you :

I am having this problem as well with Adsmanager 3.1.7, J!3.6.5. I tried adding the css but it actually doesn't apply to the pagination ul, because the classes aren't in the list. Here is the source of the list:
