How did you go with a quote for the work. If you can suggest a better way I'm open to your suggestions .

I am concerned you do not fully understand the brief.
In the backend, it needs to look like this (This is from my old site which uses Listbingo)

So a user (owner) can be assigned to a vessel when special user loads Item (vessel) for sale via the back end.
And a special user can be assigned to the vessel when an owner uploads a vessel himself.
Once the special user is assigned, only his contact details are to be display on the front end, like this.

The actual owners details will display only to special user on the front end.
Is this now clearer?

Got to say mate I am pretty pissed off. This request was made a month ago and I am still no closer to getting any form of answer from your end.
I understand this is possibly not your fault as you keep giving it to Thomas, but here we are a month down the track and have not progressed one inch.
I thought as this is your program and you designed and built it, you would be the best choice to get this mod done.
Sadly, all I have had is lip service from your end ... If you guys can't or don't want to do the work, at least have the courtesy to let me know.
